Cassie joined Partnerships for Dentists in August of 2019, after the acquisition of her father’s practice of 40 years, Branson Dental Center. With a BS in Marketing and a minor in Global Studies and Graphic Design from Drury University, her passion has always been marketing and finding opportunities help businesses thrive. She had the opportunity to serve as an Administrator at Branson Dental Center for 5 years with a total growth of 189% in production within those 5 years. Her background includes 4 years of hospitality support for Johnny Morris’ Big Cedar Lodge and marketing services for his sponsorship of the Atlanta 500 NASCAR races, 9 years with Focus on the Family as a marketing manager to include a highly successful Superbowl ad campaign that resulted in a 42% increase in donor funding YOY. After Focus on the Family, she spent an additional 4 years with O’Reilly Hospitality Management as the Lead Marketing Consultant for all events and sales. Marketing dentistry became a natural fit in the progression of Cassie’s career path, with a father as a dentist and a mother as a hygienist; her time at Branson Dental Center helped to shape her ideology on marketing dentistry. She is committed to the idea that new patient retention exists as a result of relational touch-points and a practice mission that drives brand loyalty.
