Keith Miller



Keith Miller serves as President and Chief Operating Officer for Partnerships for Dentists, leading the organization’s growth and all DSO operations. Mr. Miller has over 28 years of experience, a seasoned executive that has been successful leading high-growth platforms in both the retail and retail healthcare sectors. He fosters a servant leadership culture and has built high-performing teams wherever he has been.

Prior to P4D,  Mr. Miller led Legacy ER and Urgent Care as President of that DFW-based start-up healthcare business. He tripled the size of the organization in his first year through strategic acquisitions and implemented the platform and programs that allow the group to continue growth as a regional and national presence.

Mr. Miller spent 13 years as a principal leader in the growth of Dental One Partners (a top ten national Dental Services Organization). Starting with Dental One in 2002 when the DSO supported a small number of practices, Mr. Miller served as EVP and Chief Operating Officer as the company grew to north of 150 locations in 14 states during his tenure. He led many of the company’s key functional departments: operations, real-estate, construction, acquisitions, human resources, training, marketing and revenue recovery. Mr. Miller has a deep knowledge and understanding of the DSO space and is very excited to employ a revolutionary dentist friendly model with Partnerships for Dentists.

Mr. Miller holds a Bachelors in Business Administration with a Marketing major from Ohio University.

Dr. Gregory Allen Kerbel is a highly acclaimed family and cosmetic dentist that has been in private practice since 1991. He obtained his Bachelors of Science degree from Baylor University in Waco, Texas in 1988 and his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1991.

He has been recognized locally and nationally and here are a few of the awards he has received:

Voted a Super Dentist by his peers in Texas Monthly magazine in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019.

Named to Time magazine’s Best Doctors and Dentists

Distinguished as the 1997 Health Occupations Career Training Employer of the Year

Since opening his Dallas area dentist office over 27 years ago, Dr. Kerbel has been serving patients in the North Texas region and beyond. He has always had a passion for teaching and mentoring and since 1998 he has mentored senior dental students as part of the Preceptor Program at Baylor College of Dentistry as an adjunct clinical professor.

While completing his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree, he was recognized by Baylor College of Dentistry’s clinical staff and awarded the Outstanding Senior Dental Student Award and the Academy of General Dentistry Senior Student Award.

Dr. Kerbel also helps prepare the next generation of caregivers by serving on the Garland Independent School District’s Health Career and Technology Advisory Board, which helps students get a solid beginning in the health care field. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, the Dallas County Dental Society, the Academy of General Dentistry, and is a past president of the Garland Dental Research Club.

Andy Davis



As SVP of Acquisitions for Partnerships for Dentists, Mr. Davis is responsible for implementing the company’s growth strategy for acquisitions of practices and procurement of sites for de novo practices. He manages the transaction pipeline and oversees the due diligence and other processes up through closing.

Mr. Davis has been in the dental industry his entire professional career, beginning as a practice broker and going on to found and grow DSOs himself. Mr. Davis co-founded Family Dental, Inc. in 1995 and was a principal and executive within that organization for 20 years as it grew and merged into the group known today as Dental One Partners, a DFW-based DSO that is one of the top 10 nationally. Most recently he served as Vice President of Acquisitions for MB2 Dental Solutions, a regional DSO with over 70 practices.

Mr. Davis received his MBA from the University of Phoenix after obtaining his Bachelor of Business Administration from Northeast Louisiana University.

Ms. Garcia leads regional practice operations in Texas, managing practice P&Ls, business activities, and staff. Through years of hands-on experience in the dental industry, she has developed strong capabilities in financial analysis, budgeting, resource allocation, and financial performance, and has consistently improved the productivity of her practices.

Ms. Garcia’s experience includes senior operational positions with some of the larger Dental Service Organizations, including serving as Regional Operations Leader for Dental One and Deca Dental. With Deca Dental, she improved the performance of her practices by 275% year over year. Most recently, she was Director of Operations for Capstone Dental Services where she increased year over year performance by 20%.

Pam Draper



Pam Draper is a performance driven operations leader with over 20 years proven multi-site experience in the dental industry. Pam promotes a culture of servant leadership and an environment of continuous improvement/learning for practice teams, direct report, peers and providers.

Pam is skilled in understanding what makes a dental practice successful and implementation of systems that drive profitability of dental offices. Her strengths lie in revenue growth, patient experience improvement, mentoring, driving key performance metrics, talent identification and financial assessment.

Pam has worked in Oral Surgery, Orthodontics and general practices. She had thrived in the DSO environment for 17 years. Pam has had the responsibility for overseeing up to 20 practices netting over 24 million in annual revenue.

As Partnership for Dentists’ Director of Operations, Melisa does more than just oversee. With more than 10 years of experience in the dental industry, she is obsessed with inspiring teams to be better today than they were yesterday. Through positive interactions and strong execution with her team she has been able to produce excellent results in profitability and increased revenue. Her drive and ownership of the business helps her collaborate with the doctors and teams she partners with to improve processes and develop strategies that ultimately lead to increased profit.

After receiving her Bachelor of Business Administration from Idaho State University, Melisa became a Store Team Leader at Target, where she consistently ran positive sales increases year over year as well as improved processes to increase profitability. She was able to adapt her retail experience to align with the priorities in the dental industry, successfully overseeing 15 offices with Dental One Partners. Most recently, she was the Regional Manager for Pacific Dental Services where she increased year over year performance in all 11 practices.

Yatin Gandhi



Yatin Gandhi joined Encore in 2004 as a Senior Accountant and quickly became a key member of the executive management team. Mr. Gandhi has 21 years of experience with a strong background in the financial management and risk management functions of multiple real estate asset classes. Having supervised more than 100 projects, Mr. Gandhi has overseen the management of portfolios in excess of $1 billion and has overseen the development, acquisition, and sale of more than $2 billion in assets at Encore. Mr. Gandhi began his career as an audit associate working for Lovelock and Lewes (PwC). He has also served various clients in developing their internal control systems and guiding them in the area of investment and tax planning. Mr. Gandhi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mumbai University in India and is a Certified Public Accountant, as well as a Chartered Accountant.

Vishal Ved is performance driven and is responsible for the financial modeling, analysis, research, and presentation for Encore Enterprises, Inc. Mr. Ved has been working with Encore for over 4 years and is hands on with financial analysis. He works closely with the CFO and the operations team right from underwriting analysis to deal closings. He has been involved in real estate transactions in excess of $350 million at Encore. Prior to working for Encore, he worked with KPMG in the Valuations group and with Grant Thornton in Financial Due Diligence group. He holds an MBA degree from Bentley University and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Purdue University.

Cassie joined Partnerships for Dentists in August of 2019, after the acquisition of her father’s practice of 40 years, Branson Dental Center. With a BS in Marketing and a minor in Global Studies and Graphic Design from Drury University, her passion has always been marketing and finding opportunities help businesses thrive. She had the opportunity to serve as an Administrator at Branson Dental Center for 5 years with a total growth of 189% in production within those 5 years. Her background includes 4 years of hospitality support for Johnny Morris’ Big Cedar Lodge and marketing services for his sponsorship of the Atlanta 500 NASCAR races, 9 years with Focus on the Family as a marketing manager to include a highly successful Superbowl ad campaign that resulted in a 42% increase in donor funding YOY. After Focus on the Family, she spent an additional 4 years with O’Reilly Hospitality Management as the Lead Marketing Consultant for all events and sales. Marketing dentistry became a natural fit in the progression of Cassie’s career path, with a father as a dentist and a mother as a hygienist; her time at Branson Dental Center helped to shape her ideology on marketing dentistry. She is committed to the idea that new patient retention exists as a result of relational touch-points and a practice mission that drives brand loyalty.
